However, people need to make sure they know about the boundaries of their body and make sure they respect these. If they try to push it to far too quickly they will only injure themselves and potentially injure those who are around them. By signing up for these classes it is going to be easier for people to do the exercises and do them with confidence. Without this type of association people may struggle to get the exercises completed they need to have because they are feeling ashamed of the body style they have. By being in a group that is meant for overweight people, though, people will not feel out of place and will not mind doing the exercise.
